Join us in The Safe Haven on the 2nd Thursday of each month!
Every month, The Health & Wellness Co. is committed to providing a free virtual wellness space. It's for women of all ages and backgrounds to express their innermost thoughts and feelings while having the support of sisterhood and community. We have chosen to name it The Safe Haven.
According to the Merriam-Webster dictionary, a safe haven is "a place of safety: refuge" and we hope that this is what our monthly conversations will be for you. We are dedicated to providing an environment of open conversation, honesty, vulnerability, support, and confidentiality.
The Safe Haven is introvert/extrovert friendly- although participation is encouraged, it is not required.
Whatever is said in The Safe Haven, stays there.
